I am trying to renew the certificate for a company website. The website is made using wix and is connected to the domain using the pointing method, so DNS settings are changed using Plesk.
When trying to renew I get this error message:
First, I have no experience with wix and Plesk as you describe. Maybe someone else will know more but this feels like something better directed to the wix people anyway. I saw this ssl cert troubleshooting page for wix but full info requires an account. Maybe this will help.
I could not make any sense of your DNS IP addresses. Again, I do not know how wix wants them but something seems amiss as each is different. I saw these 3 domain names in your crt.sh | kawarthadocks.com history. I do not know which you care about but I include the webmail subdomain as its IP was in your error message.
