Security certificate has expired, how to renew?

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: pastoralcareschool.org

I ran this command: n/a

It produced this output: n/a

My web server is (include version): www.wix.com

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): n/a

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: www.ionos.com

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): IDK

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): no

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot): n/a

Hi @abbavillage

if you use wix, there should be an integrated solution. If the certificate is expired (your www-version runs on wix and has an expired certificate), you should ask wix why the renew doesn't work.

That's a "closed world".

The security certificate we are having trouble with is from Let’s Encrypt. Both WIX and the domain host said that their certificates are renewed and up to date. Attached is the screenshot for your reference, thanks

Your www version has an expired certificate - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=pastoralcareschool.org

CN=pastoralcareschool.org
	20.02.2019
	21.05.2019
1 days expired
pastoralcareschool.org, www.pastoralcareschool.org - 2 entries

But checking the source code

<meta name="generator" content="Wix.com Website Builder"/>

it’s a Wix site.

So you have to ask Wix.

PS: Wix uses Letsencrypt certificates. But that’s a wix problem.
