Steven, many thanks for your help. We thought it was a Wix issue but they say it isn’t. It’s half term and we are missing a lot of trampoline park bookings thanks to Wix.

Can you try to turn the certificate off and on again and see if that helps?

We did turn it off and that obviously resolved the issue. We then tried to turn it back on, hoping it would renew the certificate and have been looking at the following message for 2 days!

SSL Certificate (HTTPS)
SSL certification in progress. This can take up to 1 hour. Still seeing this message? Learn more

Needless to say, learn more tells you nothing.

Wix is an hosted drag and drop so there will be no ssh access or control panel else than wix panel.

In this case… you definitely need to contact their support…

(However I’m wondering since the support states they don’t provide support to custom domain)

P.S. we really want to help you… however, the issue is not with us…

I agree with @stevenzhu—probably only Wix can fix this!

However, it might turn out that there is some other problem that’s preventing Wix from renewing the certificate by itself (e.g. a domain name problem with the domain registrar or something of that nature). But, if so, it would still be easiest for Wix to identify what this problem is and identify which entity can fix it.

WIX SSL Docs states that they generate SSL certs for you.

This means you’re seeing a WIX problem that WIX will have to debug + fix.
