Steven, many thanks for your help. We thought it was a Wix issue but they say it isn’t. It’s half term and we are missing a lot of trampoline park bookings thanks to Wix.
We did turn it off and that obviously resolved the issue. We then tried to turn it back on, hoping it would renew the certificate and have been looking at the following message for 2 days!

I agree with @stevenzhu—probably only Wix can fix this!
However, it might turn out that there is some other problem that’s preventing Wix from renewing the certificate by itself (e.g. a domain name problem with the domain registrar or something of that nature). But, if so, it would still be easiest for Wix to identify what this problem is and identify which entity can fix it.
