WIX-site HTTPS certificate expired - How to fix?

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: fusen.no

I ran this command:
https://crt.sh/?q=fusen.no

It produced this output:
A list of certificates that was nicely renewing since april 2017 but now stopped

key issue: What do I do to continue to have certificates issued?

  • Now I have had to turn OFF the https on the site to make it accessible. That is no good
  • When https is ON there is a (bad) warning for my customers trying to reach it.
  • No customers on website == Trouble.

My web server is (include version): WIX website, no server

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): WIX.com ?

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): NA

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): NA

Hi,

Wix automatically request and deploy certificates to your website and they are the one responsible for any errors reguard your certificate.

Please contact their customer support directly, since (volunteers ok this forum, or let’s encrypt staff) can’t help you with this… (Wix does not allow customer certificate uploads as of now…)

Thank you

Hi @Thor-Christian

your certificate is expired. What happens if you follow this guide:

https://support.wix.com/en/article/enabling-https-for-your-wix-site

Hi Jurgen.
It does not help to switch on/off, I have tried everything I could find… There is no certificate (according to this list: https://crt.sh/?q=fusen.no )

You have two different ip addresses:

D:\temp>nslookup fusen.no.
Name: fusen.no
Addresses: 23.236.62.147
134.170.214.14

Checking the first there is a redirect to https.

Checking the second - oh, an exception, SendFailure, Connection closed unexpectly.

And your www.fusen.no:

D:\temp>nslookup www.fusen.no.
Name: tg1.premium.db4.wix.com
Address: 185.230.62.161
Aliases: www.fusen.no
www111.wixdns.net
balancer.wixdns.net

This is a different ip address.

So you should set your fusen.no - ip addresses to the same values as your www.fusen.no - addresses.
