My certificate is returning as suspended, I have tried several times to return it, but it doesn't work, what can I do?

The certificate presently being served seems to be working just fine, SSL Server Test: app.turbocash.blog (Powered by Qualys SSL Labs)
Also have you checked with FASTPANEL?
Has your issue been resolved?
