You are going to have to provide more info than that for us to help you.

The only certificate I see issued for that domain name was by Google Trust Services.

Are you trying to renew a cert from them? Or are you trying to get a Let's Encrypt cert to replace it? If so, by what method?

Are you even the owner of that domain name?
