SSL Certificate not getting installed

Need your help please as not able to install SSL certificate on AWS lightsail wordpress instance. I had run the command sudo /opt/bitnami/bncert-tool

During the processing after accepting the Let’s Encrypt agreement getting the below error so please advise how this can be fixed?

An error occurred creating certificates with Let’s Encrypt:

error: one or more domains had a problem:
[] acme: error: 400 :: urn:ietf:params:acme:error:dns
:: DNS problem: NXDOMAIN looking up A for - check
that a DNS record exists for this domain, url:

Thanks in advance.

Hi @fadi99

you are not the owner of, so you can’t create a certificate with that domain name.

I just changed the website name in this blog however the actual domain name is on which I got this error.

Curious. That domain name has an ip address. 58 IN A

And there is no DNSSEC error visible (DNSSEC isn’t used).

Now your domain doesn’t answer, but that’s a different error. http / port 80 must work.

This is the default firewall on DNS Done settings so you can see port 80 is enabled.

There is no answer - see

That’s the answer of a blocking firewall, not a 10 second - timeout.

Thanks for your response.

Can you guide me the next step to fix this issues?
