Hello. I've moved your post to a new topic.
Can you fill out the rest of the questionnaire below?
What kind of hosting plan are you using? Shared hosting? A VPS?
How did you get your certificates before? What software did you use?
Let's Encrypt hasn't issued any certificates for that domain.
Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.
My domain is:
I ran this command:
It produced this output:
My web server is (include version):
The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):
My hosting provider, if applicable, is:
I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):
I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):
The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version
or certbot-auto --version
if you're using Certbot):
Apologies, this will be more frustrating for you as I have no idea how to answer these questions.
I bought the primary domain long time ago and today I actually decided to use subdomain therefore you cannot see the curiouslywondering.net in your records as it was created 2h ago. However when I click on my main page I get an error… is there anyway I can send you a screenshot of what I can see? (I am going to try - if it doesn’t work I will type what the error message says)
My domain is:
I ran this command: o=
It produced this output:
My web server is (include version): ns1.bluehost.com
The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):
My hosting provider, if applicable, is: bluehost
I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): I do not know
I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): not sure if this is correct, I use wordpress to manage the content and the bluehost to manage the hosting
The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version
or certbot-auto --version
if you’re using Certbot): no idea sorry
but I also can see the details of the old certificate if that is helpful.
Thank you
