Hello, I also have an issue renewing. My website is built on Wordpress, hosted by Hostinger. I use WP-Encrypt to get the certificate. It was fine the first few times but now it’s not doing the thing…and uh that’s bad since I"m in the middle of a huge marketing campaign and can’t have warnings issued by my site for first time visitors…PLEASE HELP…and I do not know like back coding things…so I need layman’s step by step terms please.
inglespocoapoco.com is the domain. Thanks so much…!
Hello. I’ve moved your post to a new thread.
Have you been able to renew your certificate now?
https://inglespocoapoco.com/ is using a new certificate.
https://www.inglespocoapoco.com/ is still using an expired certificate, though. Edit: Now it works too.
Can you fill in as much of the questionnaire below as you can?
Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.
