Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.
My domain is:
I ran this command:
It produced this output:
My web server is (include version):
The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):
My hosting provider, if applicable, is:
I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):
I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):
The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version
or certbot-auto --version
if you’re using Certbot):
Thank you for the reply. I am very new to this concept. Could you please help me from where can I find all those details to fill?

Ok, answer this question instead of these four (still answer the others):
How did you obtain and install the certificate that is about to expire?
Hi @Shalaja
your domain name is required. May be there is already a renewed certificate, so there is no real problem.
Our domain name is
From where you got to know already a renewed certificate?
We have sub-domain for which it is going to expire in 5 days. I want to renew for that. Below is the sub-domain
community.helicalinsight.com
Our Hosting people installed it at the time of hosting. Now we have changed the hosting server.
May be. But if you have changed your hoster:
Then start with some basics:
And select a client to create a certificate.
If both isn't possible (and if it isn't possible to install a certificate because you don't have access), it may be impossible to use a Letsencrypt certificate.
So these missing informations are required.
PS: Now the check is ready - community.helicalinsight.com - Make your website better - DNS, redirects, mixed content, certificates
So we know your older hoster had a cPanel.
Now you have a new certificate from your new hoster.
Looks like your new hoster has an integrated solution, so the renew should work -> ask your hoster.
Thank you so much for the clear explanation. May be one last doubt which i have to clear is
Where can I find the below things at the time of renevation?
Private Keys (KEY)
CSR
CRT
CABUNDLE
Our New Hosting is on E2E
I don't know, ask your hoster.
If your hoster uses an own solution, only your hoster knows where these informations saved. Normally, customers don't have access to these informations (and it's not required).
Sure, I will contact my hoster and will try the steps which you have mentioned
Thank You so much
