Let me start off by saying that my use-case perfectly matches the criteria for a rate limit exemption. I filled out the form a month ago and still have yet to hear back. Is there any way to escalate this or can I email someone directly? I’m trying to get an exemption for the domain clientseoreport.com.

@bacheson What was the email address you submitted the request from? Did your request include an ACME account ID?

@bacheson Thanks - I will try and find out what the status of this request is. Frequently when folks do not include their account ID there isn’t enough information to make the request actionable. In those cases we don’t have the resources to reply and request more information and the request can fall through the cracks.

Your application had all of the information required, we just hadn’t gotten to it yet. I’ve been told your application will be ticketed for operations to apply today. You should hear by email in the next week or so once the rate limit adjustment has been applied.
