I have filled up a rate limiting (adjustment) request for a domain - epam.com and have not received any response. I would like, somehow, to understand if it was received and if/when it will be handled.

When did you file your request? It typically takes 1-2 weeks to receive a reply.
Hard to track the exact filing date, as there are no confirmation emails for filing the requests. I think that it was ~1.5 weeks ago, but I might be not 100% accurate.
