Rate Limit Adjustment Request wait time

I have recently submitted a Rate Limit Adjustment Request form for the account with ID 52481936. I saw in another thread from last year that the request may take around 2 weeks to be processed. Would the wait time still be the same? Or is there any way for the request to be processed sooner?
