Rate Limit Increase Followup



We have requested the increase of rate limit for our account-id around 1 week back.
We applied using ACME account-id and email address from houm.me along with all other details that were requested in the form.

We know it takes time to process the requests, but right now we are at a critical juncture as our product is going to be released soon and there are high chances that we will hit the limit very fast for the subdomains. So, would it be possible to process our request or let us know about its status?
