Rate limit increase status

Hi, I submitted a request to increase the rate limit for our domain a few weeks ago. Haven't had a status update, so wanted to ask here if/when we could expect some kind of response.

How do I check with them? Couldn't find a better way

They are included in the previous post.
So, they have been notified already.

We are a bit backed up on rate limits. They should be reviewed by the end of this week.
