I ran this command: while the command is running of renew certificate, the procces doesn't close correctly for error "rate limit". I need to open a ticket to reset the rate limit for renew the certificate (I already have suspended the auto renew)
It produced this output: error 419 limit error

Well, the rate limits can't be overridden--you'll need to figure out which one you hit (and your client software should tell you), and wait the appropriate length of time. But it doesn't look like there are any DNS records for that hostname:

Now the domain is blocked about a 1 week, how long is it before the domain is unlocked?.
In previus ticket I read that about 1 week was possible renew the SSL certificate.
