How to reset limit rate

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:delvery.l-agricola.com

I ran this command: while the command is running of renew certificate, the procces doesn't close correctly for error "rate limit". I need to open a ticket to reset the rate limit for renew the certificate (I already have suspended the auto renew)

It produced this output: error 419 limit error

My web server is (include version): WHM 92.0.8

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Linux CentOS 7.8

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):I can access in SSH shel on the server

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):For monitoring all site I have a central panel for controll the status of site

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

Well, the rate limits can't be overridden--you'll need to figure out which one you hit (and your client software should tell you), and wait the appropriate length of time. But it doesn't look like there are any DNS records for that hostname:

Sorry,
I have insert a wrong domain.

The correct domain is delivery.l-agricola.com (is a subdomain), the primary domain is l-agricola.com.
Now the domain is blocked about a 1 week, how long is it before the domain is unlocked?.

In previus ticket I read that about 1 week was possible renew the SSL certificate.

Hi @infsupport

that's not required, see your check, some hours old - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=delivery.l-agricola.com#ct-logs

You have 5 certificates, you need only one.

Your history says: You are creating tons of certificates instead of creating one, then use that 60 - 85 days.

So certificate creation has worked. You have to install that certificate instead of creating the next.

I have cerificated the cerificate but are a self-signed certificate (this aren't released by Let's Encrypt)

That's your certificate installation problem you have to fix. Creating new certificates doesn't fix that.
