FAILURE of renewal

Hi,

By mistake, I unistalled the Let’s Encrypt certificate for one of my domains, and, as a result, I’m getting this alerts:

Subject: [Let's Encrypt SSL] FAILURE of renewal of polinizadores.com.ar

Automatic Let's Encrypt renewal for polinizadores.com.ar was attempted and 
failed. 
This certificate expires on 2018-07-26 17:13:21 -0500 CDT.

Unable to renew certificate: Updating challenge for mail.polinizadores.com: 
acme: error code 403 "urn:ietf:params:acme:error:unauthorized": Invalid 
response from

You can configure/re-install/remove this certificate by logging into cPanel, 
and visiting the Lets Encrypt SSL page.

Is there a way to re-install the Let’s Encrypt certificate ? I checked that the AutoSSL feature were enabled on WHM, but I don’t see the option to manually force the renewal (this alerts are almost a week old).

Hi,

You could go to cPanel (client) and SSL status -> run autossl to obtain a certificate again.

P.S. it seems that your domain might not directly point to cPanel anymore? Or there’s an internal server error… Since cPanel usually route the request process in server level (and it shouldn’t have a 403…)

Thanks for your answer. I ran the autossl option from the cPanel but nothing happened (no error, no new certificarte). And I’m not sure of what you mean by saying that the domain does not point to the cPanel. We don’t have any problems with the server, we can acces the cPanel of the domain via polinizadores.com.ar/cpanel. Is there anything that I might have missed ?

Are polinizadores.com.ar and mail.polinizadores.com supposed to have different IPs?

Yes, they have different cPanel’s
