Hi there,
It looks like ihuongdan.vn used to point to a cPanel server, but now it points to a different host/VPS.
What you’ll need to do is login to the cPanel server where the domain used to point, and remove the certificate from the Lets Encrypt SSL interface.
Alternatively, terminate your account on that cPanel server.
