My domain is: https://phanmemgoc.com/

My hosting provider: Stablehost
I’m using a control panel to manage my site: Cpanel

Hi,

Are you sure that your domain is still hosted on that cPanel server?

The actual site appears to point to a domain registar’s parking page: http://www.phanmemgoc.com/

In this case, the certificate will of course fail to renew, since it cannot fulfill the domain validation requirements.

http://phanmemgoc.com does point to an active website, so perhaps you just need to update your www. DNS record to point to the cPanel server.

Yes, I am using on a cpanel server. Can you give specific instructions on how to edit it? Thank you

  1. Login to Cloudflare
  2. Navigate to the DNS editor for phanmemgoc.com
  3. Find the A record for phanmemgoc.com (an IP address)
  4. Update the www record to be the same IP address as the one in step #3.

At the moment they are different, which causes your current issue.
