Please help me fix this error

Hi,
Are you sure that your domain is still hosted on that cPanel server?
The actual site appears to point to a domain registar’s parking page: http://www.phanmemgoc.com/
In this case, the certificate will of course fail to renew, since it cannot fulfill the domain validation requirements.
http://phanmemgoc.com does point to an active website, so perhaps you just need to update your www.
DNS record to point to the cPanel server.

- Login to Cloudflare
- Navigate to the DNS editor for
phanmemgoc.com
- Find the A record for
phanmemgoc.com
(an IP address)
- Update the
www
record to be the same IP address as the one in step #3.
At the moment they are different, which causes your current issue.
