Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com ), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

Hi @varun98
there is a check of your domain, ~~30 minutes old - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=sophiewllive2.teleperformanceusa.com#ct-logs

Hi @JuergenAuer I checked the above domain through telnet command also there is a working port 80 but still it’s throwing validation status error with no status code can you please help?
please have a look at this.
That's only internal. Every online tool must see your port 80, not a timeout.
Firewall, wrong router, something else.
But i could acces it from my local desktop also even you can try the same you can also get connected I think it is open to public. can you check?
varun98:
can you check?
Use the online tool to check your domain. Grade T -> your site isn't visible, Letsencrypt can't check it.
which online tool did you check through sorry to bother you but this will be the last
