My domain is: forum.motim.net

I ran this command: I am trying to apply the certificate by Vesta, but returns an error

It produced this output: Error: Let’s Encrypt new auth status 429

My web server is (include version): nginx + apache

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Ubuntu 18.04

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Google Cloud

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): Yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Vesta 0.9.8-24

you have created a lot of certificates, 24 in the last 7 days, 5 with forum... as domain name - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=forum.motim.net#ct-logs

That hits the limit, max. 5 identical certificates per week.

Where are these? Why don't you use one of these?

Create one certificate, then use it 60 - 85 days, then create the next.

But you don't use one of these, instead, you use a certificate only with your main domain name.

You have to install one certificate, not create new certificates.

Check your forum - installation.

You have two different webservers? There is only a nginx visible.

I was trying to solve a problem, and was reinstalling vesta and every time requesting a new certificate.

So I wait 7 days to put ssl on forum.motim.net?

That's bad. It should be possible to download or backup the private and the public key, then you can reuse both files.

Letsencrypt certificates are free, but not unlimited.

Perhaps. Is it possible that you create one certificate with a lot of domain names and use that?

I don't use VestaCP, so I don't know if there is such an option.

The rate limit - 5 identical certificates per week. Identical -> the same set of domain names. So if you use another set of domain names, that may work.
