Error: Let's Encrypt validation status 400

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: sophiewllive2.teleperformanceusa.com

I ran this command:/usr/local/vesta/bin/v-add-letsencrypt-domain admin sophiewllive2.teleperformanceusa.com www.sophiewllive2.teleperformanceusa.com

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):ubuntu 16.04

Hi @varun98

there is a check of your domain, ~~ one hour old - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=sophiewllive2.teleperformanceusa.com

Timeouts. You need a working port 80.

But curious: http + / doesn't work.

http://sophiewllive2.teleperformanceusa.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/check-your-website-dot-server-daten-dot-de

has a redirect to a not working https.

So your VestaCP configuration is buggy. Please fix that. Perhaps ask in a VestaCP forum how to create a working domain.
