Could not obtain directory: cURL error 77

I have installed Plesk Onyx on CentOS 7 on AWS instance. I have installed Lets Encrypt cerificate on same server until last Friday (8/31) gives following error,

" Error: Could not issue a Let’s Encrypt SSL/TLS certificate for firststep.attractor.solutions .

Failed to connect to the Let’s Encrypt server https://acme-v01.api.letsencrypt.org .
Please try again later or report the issue to support.

Could not obtain directory: cURL error 77: (see http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html)"

Any leads to resolve this would be highly appreciated.

My domain is:
https://singularity.attractor.solutions

I ran this command:
to renew / install lets encrypt ssl cert

It produced this output:
" Error: Could not issue a Let’s Encrypt SSL/TLS certificate for firststep.attractor.solutions .

Failed to connect to the Let’s Encrypt server https://acme-v01.api.letsencrypt.org .
