I ran this command: I did not runa command. I am using the WP Encrypt plugin on my Wordpress site. This has worked for all of my other sites.

It produced this output: Challenge self check failed for domain www.greatkittyrescuestory.com.

My operating system is (include version): Windows 10 Home 64 bit

My web server is (include version): Apache

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Site 5 CENTOS 6.8 x86_64 standard – rcentral525 WHM 56.0 (build 43)

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): no

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): cPanel, Inc. 56.0.43
