Automatic renewal

Hi
I thought that my Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate woukd automatically renew, howewver it appears this hasn’t happened. Can someone tell me what I need to do to renew it please?

Looks like it has been renewing automatically up until this last period: https://crt.sh/?q=choiceworks.com.au

You should probably ask Web24 about it. If they are using Let’s Encrypt via AutoSSL, then they will have to look into it why it is not functioning.

You can also yourself try visit the SSL Status interface in cPanel (https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/82Docs/SSL+TLS+Status) to try force AutoSSL to run, or check on why it’s failing.
