How do I renew SSL certificate? It will expire in 3 days. C-panels says to contact Let's Encrypt

From the certificate history for eiisa.eu, it looks like the certificate has been automatically renewing for almost two years now. How did you acquire your certificate originally (e.g. AutoSSL)? What changed in the last couple of months to cause it to not renew in November? What specific message are you getting? Screenshots are helpful.
