I ran this command: I used to apply let’s encrypt via cpanel

if you want to use the dns-01 - challenge, you have to create a dns-entry (type: txt)

_acme-challenge.www.demo12.giannip.com

with a hash-value.

I can't find such a value. So your challenge is invalid.
