Error at the time Issue SSL Certificate

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=parchemicals.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: parchemicals.com

I ran this command: issue certificate

It produced this output: There was a problem processing your request

  • Error issuing certificate
  • Failed to issue certificate
  • Updating challenge for cpanel.parchemicals.com: acme: error code 400 "urn:ietf:params:acme:error:dns": DNS problem: NXDOMAIN looking up TXT for _acme-challenge.cpanel.parchemicals.com - check that a DNS record exists for this domain (order URL: https://acme-staging-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/order/136629263/14645537033)

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):
no: 1
provide the name parchemicals.com
and version of the control panel : 116.0 (build 11)

what kind of control panel? no .1 isn't really describe anything

Its normal cPanel

Did you setup cPanel or is that from a hosting service?

It looks like you are using a wildcard cert request and the DNS interaction from cPanel is failing.

It's from hosting
Even without a wildcard also fail

You should ask your hosting service then. They setup cPanel and can look at the error logs with you. Something in cPanel is not making a proper request for the cert.
