My domain is: betheldentalsingapore.com

I ran this command: I used FastComet Cpanel to issue the SSL Certificate

It produced this output:

Appreciate any help, this is my first time setting up. I was able to complete for my main domain, but not for the sub domain.

I can't connect to your domain and neither can the Let's Debug test site or the Let's Encrypt Staging system. I cannot connect with your main domain or the www or mail subdomains.

This sounds like a problem better asked of your hosting provider. They setup the cPanel system for their hosting and know best how that should work.

I don't see that a Let's Encrypt cert was ever issued for your main domain either. I see a GoDaddy cert issued today for your main domain and www subdomain. I think Fast Comet should be able to help you. It is what you pay for with full service hosting.
