Two vhosts on same server but cannot get a cert for 1 domain

*** The very strange this is it works perfectly for www.movinghaus,net Only the .com version of the domain is giving me the above error.

My domain is: www.movinghaus.com & www.movinghaus.net

I ran this command: certbot --apache -d movinghaus.com -d www.movinghaus.com

It produced this output:

the ip-addresses are different:

Name: movinghaus.com
Address: 104.131.124.213
...
Name: www.movinghaus.com
Address: 104.131.132.25

Same using FireFox - www works, non-www has a timeout.
