We have hosting with dreamhost
On this site, they had the ssl pre installed.
Do I need to renew it or Dream host do it?
Same question for https://www.kullu-manali.co.in/. but on Blue Host.

ask Dreamhost. They know the details of their installation.
But if they offer Letsencrypt certificates, they may renew these automatic.
