Renewal ssl certificate

Hello, I urgently need to renew the ssl certificate of my website. I already got it previously in Let’s Encrypt and now I need to renew it. How can I get it? I have no knowledge of IT but I think I can install it in the CPanel. Can you help me, please?

My old certificate is: hisales_cl_f3fe4_bfaed_1506558360_e15214cdff0e8c1c8fbe3bcde7dcb702

My domain is: www.hisales.cl, hisales.cl

I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

Hi @Ferlo,

We really need to know how you got your certificate originally. There are over 100 different Let’s Encrypt integrations in terms of different client applications, hosting environments, etc., and each one would call for you to do a different thing in order to renew. Let’s Encrypt itself is the certificate authority that issues the certificates, but Let’s Encrypt doesn’t provide a user interface to request certificates, so all certificates are requested through some kind of software or service created by someone else.
