Renewal of certificate failed - domain considered unsafe by third-party API

#1

My certificate has suddenly stopped auto renewing, apparently because the domain is unsafe? It is an Exchange Server. I’ve checked https://transparencyreport.google.com/safe-browsing/search?url=mobile.mmlaw.co.nz and it says “No available data”.

My domain is:mobile.mmlaw.co.nz

I ran this command: (Encrypt the web auto renewal)

It produced this output:

Hmm, actually when browsing to the site it looks like someone has reported it as a phishing site… sigh… time to go through the false report process…
