My domain was considered an unsafe domain by a third-party API

Hello,
My domain can’t regenerate my SSL certificate from Let’s encrypt using the management portal from BISEND (provider),and it show as "Invalid response from https://acme-v01.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/new-authz.
Details:
Type: urn:acme:error:unauthorized
Status: 403
Detail: Error creating new authz :: “justdoelec.com” was considered an unsafe domain by a third-party API"
Is there anybody tell me how to get my domain name out of the blacklist

My domain is: www.justdoelec.com

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: www.bisend.cn

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Plesk

Google Safe Browsing believes the site is unsafe.

You need to sort that out before you will be able to get a Let’s Encrypt certifcate.

I know the domain is in the blacklist now.
So I want to know how to solve it ,or What way should I appeal to?

(after you remove the malware).

Sorry, I can’t visit the link you give, Because of policy reasons,so I can’t see more information.
But I had using the new host, the web site is all redone, I think had removed the malware, and then ,what should I do next ?

Seems like that's a self-imposed problem.

An alternative may be to just wait and hope for an automatic delisting.

That page contains a huge amount of information on this process, it’s not as simple as ‘email someone and ask’. Nobody here can help you do this, as (to the best of my knowledge) nobody here has any control over Google’s blacklist. You’ll need to follow the steps listed for your specific case on the linked page.
