But when checked over url , its expiry date is showing something difference. (Oct 4th).
Can someone please help to understad ?
P.S Domain name mentioned above and image are same but with difference that domain name in url is with record.
Please read the documentation about how the expiry e-mails from Let's Encrypt work linked in the expiry e-mail itself. It explains why sometimes you'll get expiry notices while it looks like the certificate renewed fine. Also, it seems the e-mail itself also explains this behaviour in short. At least it did back in February and I don't have any reason to believe that the expiry e-mail has changed in the mean time.
