I would like to ask about how web server certificates can be reinstalled if the server has been formatted without obtaining a copy of the installed certificates.

Unless you still have a copy of the private key somehow, you’ll need to simply re-issue the certificates as though you were doing so for the first time. How to do this depends entirely on your system environment. If you need help with that, please fill in the questions presented when you opened this topic.
