How to recover lost certificate and reuse on another server

I installed lets encrypt on my webserver and then I lost the server and I setup another one and
install another certificate on the new server but when I browse the url it say the site can not be
reached.
I thinking if I can recover the previous certificate and use it on the new server since
the domain name is the same.
How do I resolve this.<?p> Thanks.

If it's saying the site can't be reached, it is unlikely to be the SSL's issue.

Please provide us the full domain name so we can help you.

I lost the server

If you lost the server, your ssl certs are lost too.
There is no way Letsencrypt can recover your cert's private key since they don't store it.

P.S. Please at least check if you opened the port 443.
