How do I go about re-subscribing to the renewal emails?
I inadvertently clicked on the unsubscribe link!

Please see the expiry email documentation: Expiration Emails - Let's Encrypt It's unfortunately not directly possible to re-subscribe, but it does mention some workarounds.
