Python-virtualenv has no installation candiate

What is it, Ubuntu or Windows? Also, Ubuntu isn't a webserver, it's a Linux distribution.

If you're really running Ubuntu 20.04, please use the standard Ubuntu package, unless you have a really, really good reason to use the certbot-auto script. (I'm guessing you're using some very ancient guide which you probably shouldn't use.)
