For testing your environment, there is a staging environment:
Please use that one for your tests. Switch to the production environment only when you are finished the testing.
Rate limits cannot be removed. Please be more considerate in the future. Thank you.
To resolve "Please solve rate limit message" requires slowing down the rate of requests to less than the limit you are hitting.
As @bruncsak pointed out there is the Staging Environment that has higher rate limits and is for testing .
Have you considered using a wildcard certificate?
