Failed to create Order

He need help with regards to the rate limit we got on Lets Encrypt , It failed to work yesterday and we realized that due to subdomains (lots of them) we exhausted our limits and not been able to serve our new order.

we are getting this error " Failed to create Order: acme: urn:ietf:params:acme:error:rateLimited: Error
creating new order :: too many certificates already issued for: XXXX.xxx":

Is there a way we can ask for more certificates or how to renew our limits ?
We are kind of blocked :frowning: , would be great help if we get something sooner.

Thank you for your help.

Very sorry that this post was missed, and I hope you were able to continue once the rate limit expired.

In the future, here is the Rate Limit documentation which should answer all your questions:

No prob. I think we had to re-create and move our domain. But unfortunately I got the same rate limit hit even though we moved to some of the certs combined in our environments.

May I please ask if you can help increase the limit for this domain for us.

Please help increase the quota temporarily.

The Overrides section of the docs has a “rate limiting form” link you can use to request increases/overrides.

@Ezekiel I have submitted the form https://goo.gl/forms/plqRgFVnZbdGhE9n1 . I would appreciate if this can be looked after as soon as possible so I can finish my migration.

Thanks
