My website domain suddenly revoked the SSL

My domain is: razorbackdrains.nz

I have already performed an SSL Certificate to my domain few months back, it's already had an SSL certification then when I checked the SSL certificate was removed, I performed the same process as before

Command: sudo /opt/bitnami/bncert-tool

That the same process I did before when I did the SSL certification however it is now failing here are the message after:

bitnami try to get a certificate for www.razorbackdrains.nz , but that subdomain isn't configured. can you remove that from bitnami, or add same a record with base domain?
