Migrating website

My domain is: leaf2root.consulting and leaf2rootconsulting.com

The certificates were issued through Siteground CPanel and I am now hosting on Namecheap. The original certs were only for naked domain and NOT www.

Do I need to revoke the original certs? I cannot see any /etc/letsencrypt directory but I have all private, public and intermediate cert info.

Is there a way to add www to this cert and move to my new website.

I apologize for the basic questions I am completely new to all of this.

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): CentOS I think

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Siteground and moved to Namecheap

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): Yes but no access to pem files

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Yes
