Hi!
I received an email:
“Your certificate (or certificates) for the names listed below will expire in 19 days (on 18 Nov 19 00:17 +0000). Please make sure to renew your certificate before then, or visitors to your website will encounter errors”

But I updated the certificate (added subdomains) and my certificate was renewed until January 21. I checked command “certbot certificates” and got “Expiry Date: 2020-01-21 03:49:16+00:00 (VALID: 84 days)”.

My domain: irkobl.ru

Should I be worried about that?

Probably not.
Unless you've used that domain in multiple systems and you haven't renewed them all.

What FQDN(s) are on the email?

You can check each of those name(s) at: https://crt.sh/
[see if newer certs have been issued for them]
