Let's Encrypt certificate expiration

Hello,
I regularly get emails like this:
“Your certificate (or certificates) for the names listed below will expire in
9 days (on 10 Dec 17 16:44 +0000). Please make sure to renew
your certificate before then, or visitors to your website will encounter errors.”

And I already have successfully renewed it several times just to make sure It will not expire, but I still get theses emails so please what is wrong?

My domain is:
doherbil.com

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:
a2hosting.com

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):
Yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):
plesk

Note this message at the end of the email:

In particular, note that this reminder email is still sent if you've obtained a slightly different certificate by adding or removing names. If you've replaced this certificate with a newer one that covers more or fewer names than the list above, you may be able to ignore this message.

When you initially obtained your certificate (on 2017-09-11), you did not include the www subdomain. A day later, a certificate including the www subdomain was issued and subsequently renewed multiple times. The expiration notice is for the certificate issued on 2017-09-11 without the www subdomain.

You can safely ignore the messages for this certificate and will stop receiving them once it expires on December 10th.
