Is there some option to look up, how many certificates are remaining for a domain or ip in the current time period and if they are zero, when the next certificate request will possible?
Not an easy way that I’m aware of ( certainly for IP limits).
For a specific domain ( and the 5 per 7 days limit) I’d search for the domain name at https://crt.sh/ and you can see from the dates how many have been issued recently.
