Your ISP should have nothing to do with it
What is the name you connect to?
If they MITM/proxy your outbound connections.
I get a WP login.
Do you ever recall adding an entry into your local Windows HOSTS file?
Open File Explorer and navigate to folder:
c:\windows\systems\drivers\etc
Open the HOSTS file with NOTEPAD
Hi,
No. I have not added an entry to the local windows host file.

So could it be redirecting her due to her being logged in?

nslookup www.TheGlowSonic.com
nslookup www.tHeGlowsOnic.com 8.8.8.8
nslookup www.thEgloWsoNic.com 4.2.2.2
nslookup www.theGlowsOniC.com 1.1.1.1

Am wondering should I go back to TSO host rathar than having some parts of the site on TSO host and the main on Cloudways?
D
Basically, start again.
I have another site hosted on TSO host, bought an SSL Cert from them, had TSO install it and no problems.
Just wondering.
D
That's... odd. Hmmm...
Diane, I'm thinking you might be accessing content on your OLD host.
Because my email is with TSO host so would not actually be losing access.... and site not really launched yet ...
Personally, I have had a horrible experience with Cloudways. It's up to you though!
Yes, I have had a horrible experience with Cloudways. I thought that my site would be speeded up if I moved, but in fact has cost me money as I am paying for both hosts, not launched site, and no-one at cloudways can help, so thinking should I just cut losses, copy and migrate site over to TSO host and start again?
D
As for accessing content on old host, yes, given my experience, I think this is highly possible
Cloudways don't have email servers hence the straddling across 2 hosts.
