Griffin,
Not sure - I think I have signed out of the WP backend on my home computer. I always sign out on any external computer I use. I will check now.

From your PC, what IP do you show when you ping your domain name?
In case you're not familiar with ping, @dnom, hold Windows-key and hit "r" then type "cmd" in the box.
To catch you up, I've verified the chain, redirects, and mixed content. All great. She's seeing a self-signed and old content. I suspect a backup version is being seen.
@griffin, me too!
Trying to figure out why outside-in works, while inside-in fails...
NAT to different port?
Using different names?
ping says IP 92.204.68.16:
Is that where you also are?
Is the server on the same LAN with your PC?
That's not the IP in the A record. Did you ping your website or yourself?
Seeing any content isn't being blocked.
Seeing wrong content means wrong "site".
That's probably a name change or accessing wrong port/name.
And the light starts to shine...
OK, that is interesting.
I was intially on another host and because the site uses Elemenator which I found slowed everything down, I migrated to cloudways but cloudways say that If I want to maintain my email I should still use my previous host which was TSO host. So on TSO host for email and Cloudways for hosting the actual site.
My IP is 80.7.139.193

Odd thought...
Is there a load balancer in play here? That would explain EVERYTHING.
DNS I think is via TSO host?
Really I thought that when I was using Cloudways that I would only need to use one host. Not the case. Have spent hours with Cloudways support and no joy so just accepted. However, I have not felt confident in launching the site.

(Global Load Balancer)
I get a completely different IP: 178.62.110.86
Actually, I forgot. Can't access WP backend on my local computer (I did update the password etc) Able to access on any external computer which is not my home computer.
I am also with Virgin Media, could that be a problem?
