It's not even registered to her domain.

But that's not the problem.
She gets the right IP (from all DNS systems)

I'm still wondering about that ping of your website... why is the IP address different? The address you reported before was for a European GoDaddy host.

I'll be away for a bit, but I think we're on the right track.
Hi, OK tried WWW and it takes me to site but unchanged site (from September 2020). So shows the frozen state (my description) of the site when I was able to last update via my home computer in September. So local computer showing old version of site which does not show subsequent updates.
