If you do, may I suggest Vultr? (No sponsors or affiliate)
That's not odd - that's the DNS server IP.
All of them returned the expected IP:
I read it wrong.
So how did she get: 194.168.4.100
It's not even registered to her domain.
That's:
ipconfig /flushdns
[in an administrative/elevated command prompt]
But that's not the problem.
She gets the right IP (from all DNS systems)
I would try to connect again.
[to the right IP]
I'm meaning the net
command to reset the IP stack.
update:
Yeah, that's it.
So... TSO is still being used for the authoritative NSs according to dig.
Yes, was told to add a new dns record via tso host...
So told by Cloudways to add DNS A record and txt record via tso host
on my cloudways login see that the IP is
178.62.110.86
I'm still wondering about that ping of your website... why is the IP address different? The address you reported before was for a European GoDaddy host.
Not sure why the IP address is different.
Can you try that ping again for us, several times? I have a theory.

Hi, OK tried WWW and it takes me to site but unchanged site (from September 2020). So shows the frozen state (my description) of the site when I was able to last update via my home computer in September. So local computer showing old version of site which does not show subsequent updates.
