So I am asking a simple question that I don’t feel that a domain name is necessary for this. I have Let’s Encrypt Simple Windows Client 1.9.1.36984 which my company received an email that we need to update to ACME client v2. I know that we are currently running v1 on IIS but I am having a hard time finding a straight forward way of upgrading to v2 for the WIN-ACME client. Any assistance would be great. Thank you!

I’m not sure if there’s any more information available on Let’s Encrypt’s site.
However, based on the documentation from win-acme, you should be able to follow the steps on upgrade instruction page and gradually upgrade to latest version.
